1. Obamacare gives money to poor people so they can get care.
2. A court in D.C. said this was illegal.
3. A court in Virginia said this was legal.
4. The Obama admin. has already appealed the D.C. ruling.
5. The D.C. ruling is likely to be overturned by a higher court.
6. But if it is upheld, it will likely make its way to the Supreme Court.
