2. The secret vote will make the Internet a “public utility.”
3. This gives FCC control on how Internet providers operate.
4. They can prevent providers from creating Internet “fast lanes.”
5. “Fast lanes” mean you pay more to have your site load faster.
6. Interestingly, these rules will also apply to mobile broadband.
7. The new rules won’t be published for weeks.
8. Then they go into a review process that will last months.
9. Once they go into effect, the Telecoms will sue the FCC.
