New video shows ISIS kill 2 groups of Christians.

1. New video from ISIS shows execution of 2 groups of people.
2. The first group of 16 people are beheaded on a beach in Libya.
3. The second group of 12 people are shot in a desert in Libya.
4. Both groups are believed to be Ethiopian Christians.
5. A narrator in the video says the Christians are given 2 choices.
6. They can convert to Islam or remain Christians & pay a tax.
7. ISIS beheaded 21 Egyptian Christians last February as well.
