US pledges 3,000 troops and millions of dollars in aid to help battle Ebola virus in West Africa

  2. Hospitals are full leaving thousands of people without care.
  3. People are literally waiting to die outside hospitals.
  4. The number of infected is increasing exponentially.
  5. The US is sending 3k troops, supplies, and medical equip.
  6. US medics will also train more health workers.
  7. This is being called the deadliest Ebola outbreak in history.
