President uses executive action to make changes on immigration

1. Obama announced executive action on immigration on Thurs.
2. Children born in the US to illegal immigrants gain citizenship.
3. The reforms mean the parents of those kids won’t be deported.
4. The reforms don’t protect anyone who immigrated after 2010.
5. The reforms don’t grant citizenship or a permanent visa.
6. People have to apply, pass a background check, & pay taxes.
7. The program won’t start for several months.
8. Executive actions can be easily undone by another president.
