- This action was done to preserve an open Internet.
- In Jan. 2014, that reclassification was repealed by the courts.
- In Apr. 2014, FCC released new rules.
- New rules allowed providers to create internet fast lanes.
- This means that sites have to pay in order to load faster.
- Bigger sites can afford to. Small sites cannot.
