1. Israel/Palestine hate goes back generations and both have done terrible things reclaiming land that each believes is theirs.
2. Most recently, 3 Israeli teens were killed. Israel blames Palestine. They say it wasn’t them.
3. A day after the 3 teens were buried, a Palestinian boy was found murdered in supposed retaliation. Riots begin.
4. Hamas (governs Gaza strip, classified by US as terror org) launches ~150 rockets into Israel July 8, 2014
5. Israel reports no deaths and launches Operation Protective Edge. Bombs the sh*t out of Gaza and kills Hamas leaders.
6. Israel also calls up 40,000 reserve troops. A ground offensive may or may not be necessary.

UPDATE

On July 10, Israel Chief of Staff approved plans for ground strike in Gaza. Israeli air attacks will also increase.
